Hello,
I have also deployed Workspace ONE Assist to On Premise.
Generally, you do not need access to the web interface. Once Workspace ONE Assist is deployed and configured correctly, as long as you have the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub (iOS/Windows/Mac) + Workspace ONE Assist App (Windows/Mac), you will see the "Remote Assist" button when you navigate to the device in the Workspace ONE UEM Console.
If you need to access the Admin Web Portal, you can by following this guide: Troubleshooting Workspace ONE Assist (vmware.com)
But generally, unless you need to do something specific e.g. asked by support, I would keep it as disabled.
