We are migrating from vIDM Connector 19.3 to WS1 Access Connector 21.08.

Both versions are installed on the same server(s) and are running. Showing up on the WS1 Access admin console as active and healthy. 

However, when going through the migration wizard to try migrating from legacy to WS1 Access Connector 21.08, it throws an error " Failed to execute this request. Please check your Connector or Enterprise Services health and try again."

Logged a ticket with VMware support who are absolutely useless to be frank. 

Anyone else here seen or had this issue before and have managed to fix it themselves?
