Activating Hub Services failed - On Premise
Hi everyone,
when i want to activate "Hub Services" in WSO UEM i get the following error message:
From Workspace One Access i can access the Hub Services Configuration Page without any issues.
But in Workspace One UEM i cannot activate it.
We have both Workspace One UEM(2011) and Workspace One Access(20.10) on premise.
Any suggestions?

Under all "settings system>Enterprise integration>Workspace ONE Access>configuration" have you configured all necessary settings?

As far as i know this seems to be right:
The "Admin Username" is the local Admin of Workspace ONE Access. Is that a problem?

Hmm all seems to be fine, I have same settings and also on premise. Was you in top OG when tried to configure hub services?

Yes in the top OG (customer level). The only group higher is the "Global" OG.

I've opened a SR, but VMware was not able to find a solution so far.
Meanwhile did anyone run into the same issue?

Hi,
same setup on my side, I was able to activate Hub Services.
But if I activate it for clients I get error: Something went wrong and response status code was unacceptable: 401 in iOS Hub App.
Anyone seeing this problem?
