Host is a Win 11 Pro machine, basically a fresh install on an Intel NUC11. 

I just installed vmware player for the first time (I'm a long time Virtualbox user) but I keep getting this same error no matter what vm's I try to start:

I have noticed that this 'failed to connect pipe' error is very common but I have not been able to fix it. I attached the log files.

Any ideas?
