Issue: Side channel migration enabled

Hello Everyone!

I have an issue with my VMware Workstation 16 Player, it always show the following message:

"You are running this virtual machine with side channel migration enabled. Side channel migration provide enhanched security but also lower performance"

And, on some virtual machines it seems slow, also if I give them 4 processors and 8gb of ram...

How can I enable It?

I also have enabled on my WINDOWS 11 the Hyper-V.
