Vmware 15.5 doing password locked

VMware block my account to logon (bad password and too many attempts and access denied) but from other machine its working fine and I rebuild profile and format workstation still its getting locked, how to get logs ?

Your "account to logon" to what exactly?

What is your host OS?

What is the guest OS in your VM?

What are you trying to do with Workstation Player?
