Does anybody know if Horizon can work with Azure AD instead of on-prem AD?
would like to know too, using F5 instead of UAG

Supports Hybrid Azure AD only. Per VMware the support is limited to Full cloned VMs.
However there seems to be a workaround for floating pools as per Microsoft.
