Horizon Agent 2203 USB redirected audio slow and distorted

Hello,

I'm having an audio issue using Windows Horizon Client and connecting to a RHEL server 7.6 VM agent using the USB redirection option. I've followed the steps to compile and install the USB VHCI driver System Requirements for Horizon Agent for Linux (vmware.com) and I can detect my USB headset on Horizon client. However, when testing the sound is extremely slow and distorted. It would take 10 seconds to hear the phrase "Front Left". Are there any additional options to configure to check when trying to pass my USB headset through Horizon?

Version information

VMware ESXi 7.0.3

RHEL Server 7.6 kernel 3.10.0-1160.66.1.el7.x86_64

Horizon agent 8.5.0-19566978

Horizon connection server 8.4.0-19446835

VMware Horizon client 2203 8.5.0 (19584195)

Hi:

You should use Real Time Audio and Video feature instead of direct USB redirection to get a good multimedia perfomance.

Take a look on the links bellow:

Hi konhuynh

Please don't use UsbRedirection feature for audio or others real-time device, Usb make low perfermance for realtime device such as headset and webcam. The audio out redirection as headset device should be supported by default, you don't need to install  any usb feature, and you can hear the sound from agent by default. If you want to audio in redirection as micphone device, you need to install agent with "-a  yes" params.

Okay, I'll use the default, but I'm having an issue with no sound on MWM in RHEL. I think it's a RHEL issue therefore and not an Horizon issue. Thanks.
