The supplied certificate is expired or not yet valid.

Hi,

I get "The supplied certificate is expired or not yet valid" when trying to connect to the server via Horizon.

Three other people in my organization were able to connect to the same server yet, so i suppose its on my clients side. I can also ping the server.

I am new to horizon, where would you advice me to look in order to solve this?

Hi @M12341 ,

Please change your Horizon Client security settings to "Do not verify server identity certificates"

Ciao

check that, on the clients where the certificate installed on the horizon infrastructure is not verified correctly, there is the certificate of the root ca (of the external body that issued the certificate or of your internal CA) and that these clients can reach the CRL (certification revocation list). It's not very nice in terms of security to turn off certificate checking.

If you want to know how to check which root certificates you have installed tell me something.

- Are you connecting directly to Connection Server (you shold have internal CA root cert installed on your device)  or UAG (internal CA root cert not required)

- What OS are you using on your Horizon Client Device? Compare that to users who are able to connect without any issue. Do they have certificate validation enabled in Horizon Client?

If Horizon is accessible from the internet you can use (cert ssl checker) to verify if UAG (or LB) certificate is correct
