hi,
How can i add a user to be able to access two different types of vms.
for eg i want, Jason.Forbes user to be able to access a Windows 10 Desktop & Windows 11 Desktop? when i try to assign a user to two desktops it says i cant.
i'm maybe thinking is it because i need 2 separate manual desktop pools so i have 1 pool for windows 10 vm's and 1 pool for windows 11 vms's ?

Correct, you can only entitle a user to a pool, no directly to a VM. The VM is assigned to user, but you can not assign 2 VM in the same pool to the same entitled user.
EDIT: When a user connects to Horizon, it's the pool that is presented to him, not the VM inside. That's why he have to ability to choose which VM.
