Hello All, I have VDI Horizon VMWare and I can login successfully but it seems like I cannot make any letter capital by trying to do so by pressing and holding the  (right side) Shift Key then any letter - it seems to be not working once I am logged in within VDI. Also, It seems I cannot reach the webpage on this link if I am using Microsoft Edge browser please tell me how I can access this link through the microsoft edge: https://rw-v-vwvc01.rcas.net
