Ciao
I guess you have isolated the process or processes that make you increase CPU usage what are they? (if you haven't, this might be a good place to start)
Does the problem occur at particular times of the day?

Have you restarted them and they still have high cpu?

When restarted the consumption goes low and after 8 hours the same issue reoccurs.

Did you determine Root Cause on you Connection Servers? Looks like I'm having the same type of issue on mine.

Our High CPU load issue was due to a bug in ControlUP. There are two bugs at this time: (as of Jan 2022)
1) Monitor nVidia API bug with the specific nVidia Drivers we are running in production (Hosts & VMs).
2) LDAP delays for user specific metrics for large AD environments.

All,
A common cause of high CPU on Connection servers in my experience is not having proper antivirus exclusions for the Connection servers. If you have multiple security products, make sure you do exclusions in all of them:

Hi @JohnTwilley ,
We have the same problem (high CPU usage) and use ControlUP. Do you know if these issues have been solved by ControlUP ? Have you any reference on these ControlUP bugs ?
