Anyone else seeing passcode format error in RSA when authenticating from Horizon client 8.4?

Some users getting "access denied" while trying to auth with RSA. RSA appliance shows  "Authentication method failed passcode format error". Horizon Client 8.4

Some users authenticate without issue. Not sure what is causing this.

Seems to be an issue with Horizon client 8.4. We downgraded to a different version on all of the users and now they are fine.
