Hi everyone,
Since the upgrade of a customer Horizon infrastructure, users are experiencing latency issues when typingtext into any programs.
After some debbuging, i realize that when I revert to the 7.6 agent, the latency problem is no more present.
I cannot stay with the old agent because of the Teams optimization features in the 7.13.1 agent version.
Any idea to keep the 7.13.1 and resolve the PCOIP latency issue ?
Environnement information :
Vmware Vsphere 7.0.0
VDI OS : Windows 10 1809 LTSC
Horizon infrastructure : 7.13.1
Already tried the new versions of the agents (8.0) but the latency problem is still present. I cannot install above agent because of missing composer feature.

Supplemental information --> I just try every version before the 13.1 to find the first without the Latency problem and the last working version is 7.11
Conclusion, a change in the 7.12 make the PCOIP having latency problems...

Other supplémental information : I made a test in another Horizon Customer infrastructure that's working on BLAST and when I change to PCOIP, the same latency problem occure.
Conclusion --> It's not a infrastructure related problem but I confirm that the problem come with the Upgrade from 7.11 to 7.12
To be honest i'm very suprised that there's nothing on google about this ?? I understand that most of people use Blast but not everyone...

1. Please try to upgrade you vmware tools to a newer version. Newer vmware tools version should be upgraded corresponding to 7.13 Horizon Agent version;
2, if 1 was no working, Please set the following registries and try.
(Disable Async capture for PCOIP and force the Desktop Duplication for frame capture)
Registry Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VMware, Inc.\VMware SVGA DevTap
Name: ForceWin32Capture
Type: DWORD32
Value: 1
Registry Key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Teradici\PCoIP\pcoip_admin
Name: pcoip.disable_svga_async_capture
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 1

Many Thanks for your feedback. It took some time but i'm used to never have any answer to my technical problems.
--> Vmware Tools was already Up to date and recently updated so it didn't make any differences to the problem.
But I confirm that the two regitry keys resolve the latency issue.

Glad to hear that. Root cause is not clear but fortunately the configuration is working.
Out latest Horizon version is 8.4 and 8.5 version will be released soon. Hope you can try them in further if possible.
