Agent Unreachable Horizon View 7.13

Automated Desktop Pool

Dedicated Assignments

User gets kicked out and not able to login back. Upon checking view console it says Agent unreachable. 

vSphere Events: VM was migrated within cluster by System.

Resolution 1 : Reset the agent key and reboot the VM.

Resolution 2: Reinstall VmWare tools. Reset Agent Key. Reboot the VM. 

 

Any idea why it is happening?

vMotion should not break the break the pairing between Connection server and Agent.

However, would recommend to test 7.13.1 agent and CS.
