make sure that following entry is not auto created.

• HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\OneDrive.
• Delete DisableFileSyncNGSC

Above entry will prevent launching of OneDrive inside your VDI

If entry is there delete and re-launch OneDrive it will work
