access to horizon client fail

today access to horizon client is failing and the system return this message :

The assigned desktop source for this desktop is not currently available , both in mac and windows releases.

both tried Pcoip and Rdp . here below the screen , thankyou for your help

You need to contact the people who run your horizon enviornment

The assigned desktop source for this desktop is not currently available ,

this means the specific desktop is probably frozen and its nothing anyone can do that doesn't have direct access
