Forward / Backward mousebuttons not working with Blast, but work with PCoiP

Hello,

Has anyone encountered this problem yet? There's some threads around the internet where this problem is identified, but never really solved.

I also find it odd that there is no dedicated VMWare Blast forum. Is it really not there or am I overlooking it?

What version of horizon view are you running with? Does it happen with all clients(windows/mac)?

Can you test with latest horizon view agent 7.11 or 7.12 and 5.4 client?

Also try enabling relative mouse feature and test once: Improve Mouse Performance in a Remote Desktop

Configure Horizon Client to Support Reversed Mouse Buttons

Thank you for your reply. That particular environment is still on 7.8. We shall upgrade it after our engineers get back from vacation.

We have the same issue in our environment since upgraded to Horizon agent 7.8.0.

I can confirm that the mouse buttons works with Horizon agent 7.12 again.
