If I want to use Horizon Universal license for an on-prem Horizon deployment, can I install the license key on the on-prem connection server? Or does it need to be enabled on Horizon Cloud to optimize / ease sharing between on-prem and public-cloud (e.g. VMC on AWS) desktops?
