Please post the latest log file print-server*.log under C:\ProgramData\VMware\VDM\logs
It's better to change log-level to "verbose" firstly and then reconnect to generate a new log file.
Please set on agent side as below:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VMware, Inc.\VMware VDM\PrintRedir
LogLevel REG_SZ verbose
