Hello, I have issue with 2 of the pools randomly at some point users cannot login and receive error message:
Check the agent logs and event viewer logs. I would suspect that a service is crashing like Remote Desktop Services. The logs will point you in the right direction.
This was known issue for VMware and I was told that will be fixed with Horizon view 7.10 update.
