Hi everyone,

I have a problem with a one user. I assigned to new pool and when I tried login on thin clint user doesn't see a new pool. I didn't have this problem never before. The user is Entitlements to new pool. When I login on client horizon I see new pool.

Maybe someone had such a problem and found a solution.

Bit difficult to troubleshoot.

Can you start with, whether you see the event in view connection server?

Can he see other pools?

How did you grant access to the user before? Entitlment is done based on AD group or directly to the AD user?

If persistent (dedicated) desktops, in addition to the entitlement, did you Assign the user to the specific desktop?

If non-persistent (floating), in addition to the entitlement, are there enough desktops in the pool for the user to get a new desktop?

When you login from a PC/Mac client or Web Browser (not only Thin Client), do you see the pool?
