Hi Team,

I have an issue with just one VM.

My colleagues already done this :

- Reboot of the VM: NOK

- Refresh of the VM: NOK

- Rebuilding VM: NOK

- Recreation of the VM: NOK

I asked them to give the VM's logs, and I saw an error with VMTools. So I installed and updated it, thanks to that now I can at least connect to the VM from Horizon Client (I could'nt access to it before).

But the screen is black and I can't do any actions, then after few seconds the horizon client closes. When I connect from vSphere to this VM I can see my session opened on the VM. But the customer doesn't have vSphere :smileysilly:.
