Hi community out there,
I am unable to cancel desktop pool task which got stuck, after clicking cancel task still task available in the list because of this I cant do further recompose.
Even we tried to restart connection server and composer but doesn't effect.
How we can delete task which is running or got stuck from the data base side or other way forcefully?
If i refresh desktop pool or recompose following message appears on the screen and the rest of all machines status is good available or connected but the problem is i cant recompose image becuase of following message:

Hi mulcas,
First of all thanks for your reply!
As you mentioned in that KB is the normal way to cancel task.
4. For each View desktop with Recompose in the Task column, highlight the row and click View Composer > Cancel Task.
And we don't have desktop which shows status Maintenance, so i can exit Maintenance mode, All we have status available and connected.
Our machines are available and connected without problem in vCenter VMs, but further we are unbale to recompose linked-clone VMs in a desktop pool because existing task is pending and not able to cancel.
If we see the Monitoring >Events it shows following error:
But when see Catalog > Desktop Pool, it shows no error
Following steps we already performed:
- Restart connection server
- Restart composer

Try to disable and re-enable the pool and check.
