Horizon client for Mac does not connect to VDI

Horizon client for Mac 5.0 does not connect to the VDI environment with the error "the client is always rejected whether the server name is known or not." Tried with a lower version of Horizon clien 4.10 no luck. Uninstall/Reinstall of the Client does not work either.

Any ideas??

Can you explain the Horizon infrastructure involved for the connection? This sounds like a configuration issue.

Mac was reinstalled and the issue was resolved.
