Digging deeper I realized my clones do not join the domain, they are in the workgroup.  The parent machine is in the domain, I do not get any error during pool creation.  Machines show up as AVAILABLE in View administrator. My guess is sysprep is not doing what it's supposed to.  I am using Customization Specification Manager in vSphere client to create a spec and then apply it during pool provisioning.  What am I missing?
