I got the similar problem with P25 zero client (tera2) and I had fixed that
1. download latest Teradici Virtual Audio driver
https://techsupport.teradici.com/link/portal/15134/15164/ArticleFolder/144/Teradici-Virtual-Audio-Dr...
2. install the audio driver in VM and reboot
try it, it works for me.
