I have install the windows 7 SP1, however it is so slow when I windows update in windows 7. But it`s normal in windows server in VM
So could someone assist to fix this issue?

Your issue might be related to high CPU while installing updates, resulting in the process taking a longer than normal time to complete.

THIS WILL FIX YOUR ISSUE 100%
When MS came out with Windows 10, they kinda unfriended Windows 7.
KB3135445 MUST, MUST be installed after you load up new version of Windows 7 SP1, or you WILL NEVER get updates!
