We instruct our users to log off after they are done their works so that the desktop can be available for other users. When user using the Horizon menu bar, click on 3 dots and select "Logoff Desktop", they get an error: "Failed to logoff the remote session". As administrators, I connect to Connection Server Console and select the user session and select "logoff session" button, I also receive an error "Failed to Logoff Session". Is anyone experience the same problem?
