Hello,
After enabling persona mangement, there is grey cross on the file who's not synced locally. Is there a way to disable or hide this grey cross ? This information may disturb my users and is not important for them.

VMTN has an area dedicated to Horizon, a moderator should be along to move your thread there.

Can you try to do this with group policy? This is windows system icon for offline files. One of the policies might work just test some. Can't test in my environment...
Step 1. Type group policy in the search box and then select group policy editor from the start menu list.
Step 2. Go to Computer Configuration > Administrator templates > Network > Offline Files
Also make sure you have the appropriate Administrative Templates (.admx) for your Windows version. Just download them here for 21H2 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/103667
