Strange Physical PC with Horizon Agent behavior
I am in the process of installing the VMWare Horizon 7.12 Agent on a large group of physical machines that get used for a camp that students attend virtually. We did this last year and had no issues, but for some strange reason this year, when I install the same Horizon Agent on the physical PCs, some of them will connect and become available but after some time drop to agent unreachable. They wont connect again unless I uninstall the Agent and manually reinstall it. There are also a couple that had the agent on them, were added to the pool and were available, but then dropped to agent unreachable. Even uninstalls and reinstalls of the agent on these machines dont help as they continue to be agent unreachable. I remove them from the pool before doing the uninstall and reinstall, but they stay unreachable.
Anything anyone can think of that may cause this? Are there particular logs I can look at to see what the heck is going on? I know if the agent installs wrong, the machine would be unreachable from the start, but to be available and then just change to unreachable almost randomly is odd.

NOTE: Horizon view 7.12 is end of support.
Make sure Connection server and View agents are running same version. You can test with View agent 7.13.1.
In case if there is already an existing agent installed, uninstall the existing old agent > reboot the PC > reinstall the agent > reboot the PC.
Agent unreachable can happen due to network issue or due to key pairing issue between CS and agent.
You can also go to cert store of the physical agent machine and uninstall horizon cert prior reinstalling the agent.
