Fusion 13.5 and Windows 11 ARM: VM not resizing in window, just stretching

I just upgraded Fusion from 13.0 to 13.5 and then upgraded my Windows 11 VM per the prompt. Since upgrading, the VM no longer resizes the Windows machine, it only stretches the window, making some of my software difficult to read. I'm unable to change the resolution in Windows' settings.

By "upgraded my Windows 11 VM per the prompt" do you mean that you accepted the offers to upgrade both the encryption and the virtual hardware?

Have you tried re-installing the VMware Tools. (from the Fusion Menu bar: Virtual Machine > Install VMware Tools)

Yes to both questions; reinstalling Vmware Tools did not help.

What build of Windows 11 are you running, and what version of VMware Tools do you have installed in the VM (check what Windows says about the version in its listing of installed apps).

Could you also post a zipped up copy of the .vmx file?
