VMware Fusion 13.5 - Unable to reencrypt the virtual machine: Dictionary problem

My Win 11 (64-bit) VM is powered down but won't open in VMware 13.5 on a Mac mini M1 due to "Unable to reencrypt the virtual machine: Dictionary problem".

Probably related: Is Win 11 ARM required? If so, I guess there's no hope of running Win 7 (32-bit).

Can I convert my Parallels Win 11 ARM VM to VMware Fusion 13.5? I'll give it a try.

If you are on an M1 Mac, then yes - you need to run the ARM version of ANY guest OS you want to run.  The only Windows version currently workable is Windows 11 ARM.  Your Intel-based ones will not run under Fusion.

is it possible to disable this message completly.

I have a intel processor on my imac pro, also on macbook pro and work with osx sonoma 14.1 and had all windows system not on arm. By clicking on "no" the machine works fine, also win7 32 bit, win10 and win11 64 bit.

Where can we deactivate this message?

Thanks for answer!
