Highly recommended to use the tech preview instead of Fusion 13 for Windows ARM at this point.

One nuance, I still would suggest using the process in the unofficial guide to get the ISO to install it - neither of the official means are really good.  One gives you a build that expires, and the other doesn't work on Macs for the current windows releases.
