Vmware Fusion 13.0.1 for Windows 11 ARM, start with start pxe over ipv4 error
I installed VMWare Fusion 13.0.1,
use Parallel Desktop ISO.22621.525.220925-0207.ni_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTCONSUMER_RET_A64FRE_en-us.iso
When I start the VM, it showed
2nd, I create another new VM with create a customer virtual machine. I didn't select any ISO, it also prompt to the same screen.
Is it VMWare Fusion, can't load the ISO file? it will boot from the CD/DVD.
What am I missing?
I reboot the host twices, reinstall VMWare Fusion twice as well.

One of three things are possibly wrong
- You have a bad/corrupted Windows installation ISO file that can’t be booted. Not likely but possible.
- You have misconfigured the VM - the ISO must be assigned to the virtual cd/dvd drive and the device connected to the VM before power on
- You didn’t respond in time to the prompt to boot from cd/dvd at the beginning of the power up
Could you describe exactly how you created this VM?
You might want to take a look at the Unofficial Fusion 13 for Apple Silicon Companion Guide. It walks you through all the steps to install Windows 11, and has a pointer to a nice video .
