I want to use Fusion 13 player (free) but my Personal Use LICENSE KEYS is not work.

I have Fusion 12 pro but now I want to use Fusion 13 player (free) ,but my Personal Use LICENSE KEYS is not work.

Your license may have expired. You can try the "Get License Key(Maybe it's another copy)" button on the installation screen to obtain a new license.
