Yes there is a link for Fusion - here: https://communities.vmware.com/t5/VMware-Fusion/ct-p/3005-home

To your question about Fusion versions for Ventura:

There's nothing official from VMware since they are typically very closed about release dates and content of upcoming releases.

From past history, VMware usually releases a new version of Fusion whenever Apple comes out with a new major release of macOS. They rarely go back and retrofit older versions of Fusion to run on that new version of macOS. Also if you look at the list of supported Fusion versions and macOS versions found in this KB article https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2088571 you'll see that Ventura is not yet listed.

VMware has hinted that there's a new Fusion 13 version coming out very soon now that will support Ventura on both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs. I suspect that once that happens you will see the above KB article updated with Fusion 13 as the minimum supported Fusion version for Ventura. But, I could be surprised...

There are reports that Fusion 12 works on Ventura. There are also reports of people having problems during installation.
