Trying to create VM from Bootcamp import. "Virtual Hard Disk is Corrupt"?
I have an iMac running OS 12.5. I have VMWare Fusion running 12.2.4. I have a Bootcamp partition that runs perfectly with a Windows 10 install when I boot directly into it. No issues there at all.
Obviously I have Fusion because I want to run Windows and Mac side-by-side. I have yet to get it to work! When I start for the first time, I try to import my Bootcamp volume but I get "Virtual Hard Disk is Corrupt".
I have attached photos of the order I am trying. I must be doing something wrong. Any help appreciated.

I have exactly the same issue, same OS12.5 and getting that error. Changing start up disk to Bootcamp it all works fine, so the disk doesnt appear to be corrupted.
Would love to get this working? Any solutions?
