VMware Fusion Pro 12 Freeze when press setting to configure the VM

I am creating a VM, select the iso file and when try to configure custom setting ... VMware Fusion Freeze...

There is a way I can preconfigure the custom settings??

Looks like it is VMware Fusion issue. Are you able to create VMs for other than SHD?

Not sure if this related to Skyline Health Diagnostics. With Skyline Health Diagnostics ISO, one cannot install the OS/SHD application.
