VMware USB headset problem - disconnects and reconnects repeatedly

Hi,

I have macOS with VMware Fusion 12 and Windows 10 on it.
I have a problem when attending Teams meeting. Each few minutes USB sound disconnects and reconnects repeatedly. I have changed Windows USB settings for power management, but it does nothing. Do you have any suggestions?
