Support Bundle

Hi,

My user in the VCO is not able to see the Support Bundle option in the Diagnostic tab.

The user belongs to the Superuser role, how I can get access to this option for my user?

ok, thanks.

I was looking for an essay writer to finish my homework because I struggle to write essays, so I came across the https://studyclerk.com/pay-someone-to-do-my-homework website. However, I also found a link to your piece while searching the internet for that author.

Hi,
I found the document, but I could not see it on Orchestrator either.

Diagnostic Bundles for Edges

I think you should contact VMware support.

You can get the diagnostic bundle in other ways.
If you allow access to the local UI from the Edge firewall settings, you would be able to get the diagnostic bundle from local, but VMware KB does not recommend this.

These materials might be helpful.

Enterprise users do not have access to view the bundle however they can generate the diagnostic bundle using the shortcut keys.

Partner and Operator users have access to download the bundles.

If the "Superuser" role is at the enterprise level, then this is expected.
