Problem with Workspace One Enrollment

Hello all,
For some time now we have had the problem with Workspace One that when enrolling a Macbook, not the mask from Google appears, but a standard mask. Does anyone also have the problem and a solution? This happens on about 1 out of 10 computers.osx_user.jpg

Do you experience this issue with just one specific OS version? Please verify, as certain versions may have compatibility behaviors.
