Update Manager is missing from vCenter7.0 after upgrading from 6.7. i also reboot vCenter and also follow VMware Knowledge Base .

but it did not fixed the issue.

I have not played with vSphere 7.0 yet but from my reading is that LifeCycle Manager is the replacement for VUM. Try it out and report.
