Cicso UCS servers - are any drivers delivered "asynchronously" for UCS?
Or - are all UCS device drivers always included in the standard VMware VUM update repositories?

The drivers on the Cisco ISO aren't digitally signed by VMware so you will not be able to use them with VUM.

I'm not really sure - does your comment address my question?
Are you in effect saying "yes, there are cisco provided drivers that you need to use, but because they are not properly signed you can't install them with VUM"?
If the above is the case -- then, pray tell, how would I install them? I presume there is an installation routine that would run from the cli, or something?
If the first statement is NOT accurate, then .... well perhaps you are saying that the only drivers we should ever need are included in the standard VUM repository ....
???

so currently we have following on our Cisco Blades.
- Original Vmware 5.5, 1474538
this driver is included for (Cisco Systems Inc Cisco VIC Ethernet NIC)
driver: enic
version: 2.1.2.38
firmware-version: 2.2(1c)
bus-info: 0000:06:00.0
from cisco site i see same driver.
