I'm converting power-on physical machine, which is running Red Hat Enterprise 5.5, to vCenter 6.0 (ESXi 6.0 U3)

1. can I use Virtual Hardware 10 for the virtual machine ?
2. can VM-helper create issues during conversion to source machine ? It reads only data from source machine?
