vCenter Can't snapshot a powered on VM

Hello,

When I snapshot my VM it give me the following error

I have issued these command to see what is locked by which service, and I got nothing

I have created another snapshot but used a string to name it, and it worked but in general if I tried giving it a name and it didn't work which log file I can check so I can solve my problem?
