vCenter 6.7 installation white screen

Hello All, and in advance thanks for helping.

My problem is every time that I open the installer (C:\Users\####\Downloads\VMware-VCSA-all-6.7.0-11726888\vcsa-ui-installer\win32), I am getting a withe screen and don't allow me to proceed the installation even open the installer as a administrator. Also#1, I did try to mount the ISO still showing the same withe screen. Also#2, this is the second time that I download from VMware website. Also#3, I did compeer the signature(hash) and every thing matched. How do I fix it, please help.

Hey Hassan, thanks for your response and question.

I did try on a different pc and works fine, and I did install from there.
