Two different SSO 6.7 to 7.0.451 VM migrations

Task: Customer asked me to move 30 VMs from one SSO Cluster running 6.7.0-19195723 to a new SSO Cluster running 7.0.451. 

I am new to VM migrations. The documentation that I found doesn't show the options listed to move VMs from an ESXi host on 6.7.0 19195723. Right click - Migrate - change both compute & storage but the other SSO Cluster do not appear listed as an option.

Can you please tell me what I need to do here to make this work?

I'm thinking I need to setup the networking between both Clusters to be able to see each other correct?

Use "Cross vCenter Server export" to migrate a VM to other SSO Domain and yes there should be communication between both the cluster.
