"vCenter HA" option not listed in vCenter server configure tab

Hello,
we installed the ESXI 6.7 and installed vSphere 6.7
all things work fine.

we decide to configure vCenter High Availability (HA).

read documents on docs.vmware.com.

this page says goto configure tab on vCenter server and find "vCenter HA" option,

but in our panel that option not found :disappointed_face:

we search about tthis problem but not found any solution.

we will Thankful for your help. :folded_hands::folded_hands::folded_hands::rose::rose:

our system information:

vCenter :installed on embbeded PSC

version : 6.7

clusters HA: disable

Just to rule out licensing issues. Can you confirm that you have a vCenter Server Standard license, i.e. no Essentials, or Foundation license.

the option was listed on flash UI :smiling_face_with_heart_eyes::face_with_tears_of_joy:
my task was blocked for two weeks just for this problem.

I am using vCenter 7.0 U3. I cannot find the option either.
