By default you can login to vcsa from your root credentials. Not sure whats your actual query is.

By default you can login to vcsa from your root credentials.
And this isn't even true. Root@localos has no permissions inside vCenter the application (although it does to the appliance itself).

If you don't have connectivity to your vCSA, you won't be able to login. It's pretty simple. And before you ask, no, you should never expose your vCenter to the public-facing Internet.
